During the this first session I will evaluate what current concerns and life’s demands that led you to seek psychotherapeutic help. Most importantly the session is essential to access how comfortable you are with me and give you the opportunity to decide if you and I are a good match.
My belief is that each person is uniquely shaped. Helping people find their strengths and their resources are essential. Therapy can also alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. I certainly believe therapy helps one reach and live up to their fullest potential. I am experienced and interactive. Humor and empathy are very important to me.
